Privacy Policy
We collect only what each app needs to work, we explain it in plain language, and you can delete your data yourself. This policy is organized in two parts: the rules that apply to every RdvGo app, and a short section for each app that says exactly what that app collects.
1. Data we collect across all apps
| Data | Why | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Account: email address, sign-in provider (Google, Apple, or email), a unique user ID | Create your account, keep you signed in, let you delete your data | You, via Firebase Authentication |
| Device basics: app version, operating system, language, time zone, a random installation ID | Run the app correctly, fix crashes, show content for your local time | Your device |
| Usage events (screens opened, features used, ads watched, shares completed) | Fix problems and see which features people use | The app |
| Advertising identifier and ad interaction data (only in apps that show ads) | Show ads (banner, full-screen and rewarded ads), measure them, and confirm that a rewarded ad was completed | Google AdMob, while you use an ad-supported app (subscribers see no ads) |
| Push notification token (only if you turn notifications on) | Send the notifications you asked for | Firebase Cloud Messaging |
| Purchase records for subscriptions (product, store order or transaction ID, purchase token, status, start, renewal and expiry dates). Never your card number | Unlock what you paid for on every device, restore purchases, handle renewals, refunds and fraud | Apple App Store or Google Play, after you buy |
| Support messages you send us | Answer your question | You |
We do not collect precise device location, contacts, photos, health data, or payment card numbers unless an app's section below says so. Payments, where offered, are processed by Apple, Google, or a payment provider; we receive only a receipt.
2. How we use data
- Provide the features of each app and keep your account working.
- Send notifications you turned on. You can turn them off in the app or in your device settings.
- Show ads through Google AdMob where an app is ad-supported (banner, full-screen and rewarded ads), and verify rewarded-ad completions.
- Keep our services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix bugs.
- Improve our products using aggregate statistics that do not identify you.
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the personal details you enter into an app for advertising, and we never share them with advertisers.
3. Service providers
| Provider | Purpose | Their policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics) | Sign-in, notifications, analytics, crash reports | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google AdMob | Ads in ad-supported apps | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Apple App Store, Google Play | App distribution and in-app purchases | Apple and Google privacy policies |
| Cloud hosting and content delivery (servers we control, Cloudflare) | Running our services and storing data | cloudflare.com/privacypolicy |
Providers receive only the data needed for their purpose and may not use it for anything else on our behalf. Google may use the advertising identifier for ad measurement and, with your consent, personalized ads. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
4. Retention and deletion
- Account data is kept while your account exists.
- When you delete your account, your data is disabled immediately and permanently erased within 30 days. Backups are rotated within a further 30 days.
- Usage analytics are kept in aggregate form; raw events are deleted or anonymized within 14 months.
- Each app's section below lists any app-specific retention periods.
- Servers are located in the United States and Europe.
5. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the app (usually under Me or Settings → Delete account). You can also request deletion without the app: follow the steps at rdvgo.com/delete-account.html or email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account, and it does not cancel a subscription: cancel that in Google Play or the App Store.
- Correct the information you entered: you can change your language, notification and calculation settings in the app; to correct birth details or a saved person, delete and re-add the person or email us and we will correct it.
- Notifications can be turned off in the app or your device settings.
- Ads: ad-supported apps show banner and occasional full-screen ads, and rewarded ads only when you tap to watch one. Where the law requires it (EEA, UK, Switzerland and some US states) we ask for your consent before ads are requested, and you can change that choice any time in the app under Me → Ad privacy choices. You can also limit ad personalization in your device settings. Unlimited subscribers see no ads.
- Access or export: email us and we will send a copy of the data we hold about you within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. Ad networks may process your advertising identifier while ads are shown in our ad-supported apps, which may count as "sharing" under the CPRA; you can opt out in the app under Me → Ad privacy choices (where offered) or in your device settings. To exercise your rights, use the in-app tools or email us.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you (providing the service), your consent (notifications, personalized ads), and our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Where ads are personalized we ask for consent through Google's consent form in the app.
Other U.S. states
Residents of states with privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Oregon) have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and opting out of targeted advertising. Use the same in-app tools or email us.
6. Children
Our apps are not intended for children under 14 unless an app's section below says otherwise, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled servers. Sign-in is handled by Firebase, so we never see your password. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password if you sign in with email.
8. International users
If you use our apps outside the United States, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your country's. We use standard safeguards for transfers where required.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes we will show a notice in the affected app and update the effective date above. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated policy.

K Fortune Teller (Four Pillars)
K Fortune Teller turns your birth date, time, and place into personality, timing, and relationship insights based on the traditional Four Pillars (Saju / BaZi) system. Readings are produced by fixed rules and pre-written text. They are for reflection and entertainment only, not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and they do not predict the future.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Birth details: name or nickname, date of birth, time of birth (optional), birth city with its coordinates and time zone, gender (optional) | To calculate your chart. Birth city is used only to find the exact time zone and the sun's position; we do not track your location |
| People you save: nickname, relationship to you, birth details | To calculate compatibility and daily relationship readings you ask for. Only add people who are comfortable with this |
| Current time zone of your device | To show "today" correctly where you are and send your daily reading at your local morning time |
| Points, unlocks, and share links you create | To run the points system, award points for sharing or watching ads, and prevent abuse |
| Install referral code (Android: Google Play Install Referrer) | If you installed the app from someone's share link, to credit the person who shared it. Contains only the share code, not your browsing history |
| Unlimited subscription status and purchase records | To open all readings while your subscription is active and restore it on a new device |
- Daily readings and compatibility results are cached for up to 90 days and then recomputed on demand.
- Points expire 90 days after they are earned; the ledger is kept for fraud prevention.
- The app blocks sign-up for users under 14.
- Ads: through Google AdMob. A banner under readings, a medium rectangle while a reading is being prepared and inside long readings, a full-screen ad at most once every five readings (and no more than once every five minutes), and rewarded ads only when you tap "Watch a short ad". Unlimited subscribers see no ads. Google AdMob and its consent tool (UMP) collect the advertising ID, approximate location derived from IP address, and ad interaction and diagnostic data. Where required (EEA/UK/Switzerland and some US states) no ad is requested until you have made a choice, and you can change it in the app under Me → Ad privacy choices.
- Unlimited: an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription sold through Google Play or the App Store. It renews until you cancel in your store account; deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
- K Fortune Teller uses Firebase Analytics to understand which features people use and to measure how people find the app (for example, which ad or shared link led to an install). It does not use Crashlytics.
- If you turn on the daily reading, we send one notification a day at about 9:00 AM in your current time zone, using Firebase Cloud Messaging. The app asks for notification permission only when you choose this, and you can turn it off at any time in Me → Notifications or in your device settings.
- To measure our own ad campaigns, the app may share install and in-app events (such as sign-up or subscription start, never your birth details) with Google through its app-measurement SDK (Firebase Analytics). In the EEA and UK this happens only with your consent. You can limit this in your device settings (Advertising ID / Tracking).
- The app does not request location, contacts, camera, or photo permissions.
- To delete your account and data: Me → Delete account in the app, or see rdvgo.com/kfortuneteller/delete-account.html.
RDVGO Player
RDVGO Player lets you play the videos, comics and books stored on your own Windows PC or Mac from your phone, tablet or TV. It works with the RDVGO Player program you install on your computer.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address, display name and sign-in method (email, Apple or Google) | To create and run your account. Only phones signed in to the same account as your computer can connect to it |
| Device identifiers, device names, connection keys and network addresses of the computers and phones you connect | To let your own devices find each other and connect directly, and to enforce your plan's device and playback limits |
| Playback positions (file name and time) of files you play | To continue where you stopped on another of your devices |
| Plan and purchase records (Google Play, App Store or rdvgo.com) | To apply your plan on all your devices and restore it on a new device |
| Folder shares and Watch Together links you create, and the accounts you invite | To let only the people you invite see what you chose to share |
| Push notification token (Android) | To tell you when someone shares a folder with you |
- Your files stay on your devices. Videos, comics and books are sent directly between your own devices, encrypted, and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. We do not see what is inside your files.
- The app asks for photo library access only when you choose to open a video from your photos; the file is played on your device and not uploaded. It does not use the camera or microphone.
- Ads: the free plan shows a banner on the home screen and an ad in the middle of the screen when you pause a video, through Google AdMob. Premium and Platinum show no ads. Google AdMob and its consent tool (UMP) collect the advertising ID, approximate location derived from IP address, and ad interaction and diagnostic data. Where required (EEA/UK/Switzerland and some US states) no ad is requested until you have made a choice, and you can change it in the app under Settings → Ad privacy settings.
- Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Platinum is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription sold through Google Play, the App Store or rdvgo.com. A store subscription renews until you cancel it in your store account; deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
- To delete your account and data: Settings → Account → Delete account in the app, or see rdvgo.com/legal/rdvgo-player-delete-account.html.
