Terms of Service

By creating an account or using a Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

• You must be at least 14 years old unless an app's section says otherwise. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these terms.
• You must provide accurate information about yourself. When you enter information about other people, you confirm you have their permission.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Free features, ads, points, and purchases

• Some content or features may be locked and opened by watching a rewarded ad, spending points, or making a purchase, as shown in the app.
• Points are earned as described in the app (for example by sharing results or watching ads), within daily limits we set. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, expire 90 days after they are earned unless the app says otherwise, and may be adjusted or removed if we detect abuse.
• Unlocked content stays open for the period shown when you unlock it.
• Ads are shown only when you choose to watch one. Ad availability depends on ad networks and is not guaranteed.
• Purchases, where offered, are made through Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies.
• We may change prices, unlock periods, daily limits, and which content is free, with notice in the app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or modified apps to earn points, complete ads, or access content;
• Create fake shares, fake accounts, or otherwise game a points or reward system;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy a Service, its software, or its content libraries;
• Harass, defame, or harm other people, or make decisions about other people (for example hiring or lending) based on app content;
• Upload unlawful content or interfere with a Service's operation or security.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules and remove points, unlocks, or content obtained through abuse.

4. Your content and our content

• You own the information you enter. You give us permission to process it to provide the Services, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Our apps, text, images, software, and content libraries are owned by Storetag Corp or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may share your own results using in-app share features for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Accounts and deletion

• You can delete your account at any time in the app, or without the app by following rdvgo.com/delete-account.html. Points, unlocks, and purchases tied to the account are lost when you delete it.
• We may close accounts that are inactive for more than 24 months after notifying the email on file.
• We may stop or change a Service, or parts of it, at any time. If we shut a Service down we will give reasonable notice in the app.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content in our apps is for general information, reflection, or entertainment as described in each app's section, and is not professional advice of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Storetag Corp and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a Service is limited to the greater of US $50 or the amount you paid us for that Service in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Storetag Corp from claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these terms, including entering other people's data without permission.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at the email below and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may seek small-claims relief where available. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.

10. App store terms

If you downloaded an app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for our Services, their content, or support, and are third-party beneficiaries of these terms as required by their policies.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. For meaningful changes we will show a notice in the affected app and update the effective date. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

12. App-specific terms

K Fortune Teller (Four Pillars)

• Calculations depend on the birth details you enter and on historical time-zone data. Small differences in birth time or calculation method can change a chart, and we do not guarantee that any reading is accurate or complete.
• Locked readings can be opened by watching a rewarded ad or spending points. Points are earned by sharing results or watching ads, with daily limits shown in the app, and expire after 90 days.
• Unlimited subscription. Unlimited is an optional auto-renewing subscription that opens every reading without ads or points for as long as it is active. The price and billing period (monthly) are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before the period ends). Cancel any time in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions); access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. Use "Restore purchases" in the app to reactivate a subscription on a new device.
• The app blocks sign-up for users under 14.
• The Four Pillars system is a traditional body of knowledge; our wording, structure, calculation engine, and software are our own work.

RDVGO Player

• You are responsible for the content you play and share. You must have the right to play what you play and, when you invite someone to a shared folder or a watch‑together session, the right to show it to that person. Do not use folder sharing or watch‑together to distribute content you are not allowed to distribute.
• Because media never reaches our servers, we cannot review it, and we are not the distributor of anything you play or share. This does not make unlawful sharing acceptable: we will disable accounts used to distribute infringing content when we are told about it.
• Share invitations and watch‑together links are yours to manage. Anyone holding a valid invitation can open what it grants until it expires or you revoke it in the PC app. Revoke invitations you no longer want to be open.
• The app needs the RDVGO Player PC program installed, running, and signed in to the same account. Connection quality depends on your own network and on your PC staying awake; we do not guarantee that a connection can always be established.
• Tiers. Free, Premium, and Platinum unlock different features. The Free tier shows ads. What each tier includes is shown in the app and at rdvgo.com/pricing, and may change with notice. Contributor upgrades earned through reviews follow the rules published on that page.
• Refunds and cancellation. Purchases made on rdvgo.com can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase: email [email protected] from the address on your account. A Platinum subscription can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date; it then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund rules.
• Hub and phones. One account can use one hub at a time — a Windows PC or a Mac running the RDVGO Player program — and up to three phones (Android and iPhone combined). When you start using another PC or Mac as the hub, the previous one pauses and stops serving phones until you switch back. You can see and remove devices under rdvgo.com/account.
• Connecting a phone from outside your home. A phone that has never connected to your hub can ask to connect through rdvgo.com. The request only relays connection set-up; media still goes directly between your devices. The connection is made only after someone at the hub approves it and the code shown on the hub is typed on the phone. Never tell the code to anyone you do not know. We limit how often requests can be sent and email you about each request.
• Account security. For sensitive actions (switching the hub to a new device, signing in from a new device, changing your password, and administrator access from a new network) we may ask for a one-time code sent to your email, and later to your phone. "Sign out of all devices" and changing your password end every existing sign-in. Keep your email account secure, because it can be used to reset your password.
• Program updates. The PC and Mac programs check rdvgo.com for updates and install them after you confirm. Updates are verified with our code-signing certificate before they are installed. When an update fixes a security problem we may mark it as required, and older versions may stop connecting until they are updated. The Windows program is also covered by the End User License Agreement shown during installation.
• Reviews, ratings, and Talk posts you write are public and are covered by Section 4.
