- The hub is the PC or Mac your phones connect to — one per account.
Choose "Use this device as hub" on another PC or Mac to make it the hub. - Premium is a one-time purchase you keep.
Platinum is a monthly or yearly subscription for features that need our servers, such as connecting from outside your home. - When Platinum ends, accounts with Premium go back to Premium; others go back to Free.
- Phones connect only when signed in to the same account as the PC or Mac.
Signing out on a phone also disconnects it from the PC. - Streams at a time counts phones watching video at the same time (downloads, comics and books don't count).
A phone left paused for more than 10 minutes frees its slot. - If your plan goes down, only the most recently used phones up to the new limit stay connected.
To use another phone, remove one you no longer use on the account page or in the app.
